Psalm 139

My sister, Jody, has planned a Tinker Bell/Peter Pan party this year for Hannah. Cannot believe she will be six years old!
Our mom will be here for the momentous occasion! Yay.

Adam and I went to bible study at CC Redlands. Bob Probert is the teacher on Monday nights. He shared from Isaiah 19 & 20. Trust in God Alone! This is one of Bob’s favorite chapters in the whole Bible. I learned a lot tonight ~ I had no idea about the dam created on the Nile river and all the effects that event has brought forth. Chapter 19 speaks of today’s time in that part of the world. God is Amazing.

I am starting my diet 7-7-06 through Center for Health Promotion - Loma Linda. Lord willing I will be at my goal by January 2007. I hope to see my cholesterol numbers get down to an acceptable level. My last set of lab tests showed increased Insulin resistance, but they say that should decrease as I reduce my weight and excercise. I am looking forward to feeling good about myself, having energy, buying smaller clothes, and being as healthy as I can be. I will try to keep my progress updated.

This year I went to Big Bear for the celebration of our country’s independence. I had the pleasure of keeping company with Adam, my sweetheart; Wendi and Paul, great friends; and Dena with her two children and a friend of Stacy’s. The relaxation was great, we watched “The Hiding Place” which I had not seen in years. God provided a peaceful place - Thank You!

On April 16, 2005, my frenz helped me celebrate my 38th birthday, Yikes! Tia Mara, Michael Anne, Miss Wendi and I drove down together and we were met by my lovely sister, Jodie and Wendi’s old roommates, Stephanie and Chris. What fun it was in Old Town Temecula exploring the antique stores and sharing stories. We had dinner at my favorite restaurant, Macaroni Grill. The day was lovely. Thank You Ladies!

Adam took me to Disneyland and California Adventure on Friday, April 15th, 2005. It had been more than 10 years since he had stepped foot on Disney soil, of course I am an addict so I had a blast being his “Personal Guide”.

I babysat Hannah and Shane last weekend and had a great time! I’ll tell you more later.
